... that small office workers or ad hoc groups, like volunteer or religious institutions, would use the shared document features as a replacement for e-mailing attachments..."; however, to what extent/degree will some "small office workers" trust another company to host their content online is anyone's guess. Besides, what compelling features will this Online Word Processor come with when the release of a "Killer" Application such as Lotus Notes 8.0 - with SpreadSheet and all ( http://www-142.ibm.com/software/sw-lotus/products/product4.nsf/wdocs/notesdomino8 ) is already around the corner!

Regarding SaaS Applications, there is a need of protection of the personal data. Storing and editing personal and business data is always a risk for people and companys.
