If they want to be friendlier ...

how about either a) not marking blogs as spam blogs erroneously, or b) if they do (and I understand it's automated so I know errors will happen) respond QUICKLY and remove the spam flag on the blog in a timely manner.

It's crap

All we need is more strain on the servers to make blogger crash
even more than it already does. Blogger needs stability before it
concentrates on "enhancements."
