Most of my clients can't find their a**

My primary activity is computer repair and upgrading but lately got into free software. Why? Because the average user doesn't know how to do a specific search or a boolean search and can't find a lot of the "good stuff" that's out there. This points out their inadequacy (or laziness) and opens the door to entrepreneurs like me.
I say let them remain lazy.
