It would be interesting to see if the latest tactics employed by the grocery workers or auto workers could work here... target all the shows on a single network or a particular studio to get it to cave. (Would probably have to go after NBC Universal or go after an entire studio and all the shows on that studio's network produced by other studios.) Either way... stupid unions.
like a bunch of hacks being unreasonable. As it is now, most of
what they write is garbage - which is why Networks are losing
viewers every year.

-Executives f* writers, singers, etc over and keep money for themselves.

(7 Comments)they are turning out is crude, disrespectful, sexually immoral,
violent and mindless. They could all gain a lot of insight into
truly good writing by examing many of the popular TV shows
and movies from the '50's, '60's and early '70's, for example . . .
before writers came to believe that they had to make all their
characters have improper sexual relationships between the
unmarried, using filthy or abusive language, throwing God's
name around casually, showing violence for its own sake,
applauding divorce and families without a mother and father
because of loose morals, etc. Modern writing appeals to a base
appetite and no moral/Scriptural values, and the world would be
a lot better off without people constantly be exposed to it. Like
it or not, what is on TV and in the movies makes the "wrong"
seem OK to millions and millions of people (especially the
young) who are not grounded in timeless principles of thought,
speech and deeds. Give me the thoughtful writing of "The
Waltons" (for example) over 99% of what is created today.
