With so much copyrighted materials on YouTube, it is not hard to imagine the piling lawsuits.

If they're breaking the law, they deserve to go down like any other business entity or individual who's been nailed for breaking the law.

Copyright BS!

The right wing corporate media just keeps on marching. Copyright has just gotten WAY out of hand. How do two minute clips of shows harm the networks? If anything it is free advertising for them. Since broadcasters are using PUBLIC airwaves they should have no copyrights anyway!

My advice, be a patriot, pirate shows, movies, and software, as much as you can.

They would have to sue every company that sells or manufactures
any copy/sharing capable media. The responsibility should fall on
the user.

I can understand where NBC and other networks are coming from being a business owner myself. But the way I see it is that the internet is a way for people to freely converse and communicate. One prime example is how linux is really starting to take off and how companies like Sun are making their products open source. To let people freely communicate you accomplish so much more! And the thing with Thailand, It's called free speech. Yah, We have that in America.

The future of business/economics is FREE... I agree with Spazo. Smart corporations need to get with the times and realize business is changing. Youtube realized it early on and now others are catching on... www.mygazines.com has the same model. Free is the future...
