"Cybersquatter"

Google needs to look up squatter in the dictionary. Registering a domain name before someone else isn't squatting. Squatting would be using a domain name without registering it. You'd think with all of those "beautiful mind" types that Google hires they'd be able to figure it out. Smart companies secure the appropriate domain names *before* launching the product. It's shameful that Google is attempting to use the courts to steal what they forgot to buy.

I do agree with this comment on Blogger Outer

"The most probable scenario is that Krawczyk and her friends are not professional cybersquatters, but when they were looking for domain and found ?gmail.pl? they registered it expecting fast profit."

It would probably have been cheaper for Google to simple buy these guys off than it would have been to fight them in court.
