I thought the most interesting thing about this whole thing is that we read so often about how MS is getting sued that it was odd to see MS sue someone else. Is Google that much of a threat to MS?

IS GOOGLE ROBBING MICROSOFT?

I believe Google is robbing Microsoft by hiring somebody bworking at Microsoft. The real intention of Google, to hire a Microsoft Employee, is to get Microsoft secrets. Google will use high powered attorneys to get a court to vacate the standard non-compete agreement signed by Microsoft Employee. The courts and the judges should stay out of the case. Let Google buy out the employee contract from Microsoft.
