Somehow you just forgot to mention that when the Internet was first brought up, two out of three Democrats voted to regulate it.

You also forgot to mention that when the court decision came down, THREE OUT OF THREE Democrats voted not to appeal.

That means that when and where it counts, you've already voted to be the speech police.

With what many consider to be an incumbant-protection system
restricting our fundamental first amendment protection of
political speech in the McCain Feingold campaign finance
"reform", I am one of those whose antennae fly up at the mere
hint of regulating political speech in blogs or internet
communication. That the commissioner completely ignores
this issue in her quite defensive statement makes me even more
nervous.
