- If you and I could afford the legal battle and prove we were harmed by the spammers, we could also sue them. Microsoft will probably sue for damages resulting from loss of bandwidth, e-mail storage space on their servers, etc.

Too bad we haven't filed class action suits. icrosofts claims will probably send them into the dirt before we ever get ours.
