- In Australia the Law is clear, if your not part of the conversation and you hit record on others whom are not aware of it! your breaking the law and you deserve to go to goal and pay financially for the intrusion and deprivation of a persons right to privacy. If your part of a group of people doing it (and you are not part of an law enforcement team surveying the target) then you are guilty of "Gangstalking" which is a very serious crime that will attract the attention of federal intelligence authorities then the gangstalkers become the stalked and when they get you, you go to goal!
