When will people learn?
by Christopher Hall May 19, 2005 12:49 PM PDT
All the privacy advocates need to lay off Google. They're one of the only companies out there that are genuinely honest as a direct result of their leadership, not external watchdog organizations. Furthermore, it's developed the only tolerable method of advertising on the internet. I think that's worthy of respect.

When will people figure out that we aren't dealing with a Microsoft, here?

its when you relax and think you have nothing to worry about when google sells your info to 3rd parties. if your on top of them all the time, they have to listen and do the right thing. why do you think the credit card companies up their late fees from 15 dollars to 39 dollars? because nobody is looking. and the fact that consumers let thme get away with it.
