you make no sense

you have got to be kidding me!!!!! if you are the primary on the loan guess what.....it is your responsibility to pay it back, not matter who ran up the charges or who used the money. so quit trying to blame the bank when you are the one who obviously has no clue about what "primary" means

Bank of America Illegal Aliens and Matricula Consular Card
by KheshireKat March 14, 2007 2:16 PM PDT
Mexican banks refuse to accept Mexican issued Matricula Consular Cards, as a valid form of identification, but American banks do.

Americans use Social Security numbers, which is something an illegal alien does not have. However, Matricula Cards are issued by the Consulates in the US for citizens of Mexico. Legal residents have US government issued ID and do not need the Matricula. American citizens can not obtain a Matricula. Only illegal aliens need and use the Matricula.

You must see the video.

See a list of American banks that accept the Matricula Cards as a form of ID.

Fraud

Here I had money in my checking account. That was Friday morning on th 4th of May 2007. Then in the afternoon it said that I was $886,789.78 overdrawn. Spent 3 hours on the phone no answers. Today Money the 7th my husband has spent hours on the phone and waiting for phone call for someone to call him back. We still have no answers and our bank account is still more than 3/4 of a million dollars overdrawn. I have never in my lifetime seen that much money even if I put everything that I have made in 50 years together it would not be that much. Someone is messing with us and our money and no one will tell who or why. Nor will they fix it. I can't pay my bill or even buy groceries. Everything is tied up in that bank account!

An ex loyal customer . . .
by raymondo64 May 7, 2007 11:56 PM PDT
Wow! I thought I had it bad. I because of a late payment after my mom died, was assaulted with a minimum payment hike from $108 a month to $206. I explained to them that I was once on disability for severe dyslexia and was paying my deceased mother's bills as well as my own bills and reminded them I had been a customer with them since 1973. They would not oblidge my request for leniency. After paying two people's bills and one late payment later, my interest rate went up from 24% to 32%!!!

i do not use bank of america for my personal banking but the business i work for does. they are getting more and more consumer unfriendly. how on earth did we americans allow a bank this large become such an oversized fungus. while i feel smug about not having to deal with this bank on a personal basis, working with them on a business basis has made me crazy. what have we done.

Bank of America Should Lose A mIllion Customers
by teaorgin July 10, 2007 5:24 PM PDT
The way Bank of America treats its customers they should lose a million customers or more.
Since I am being charged 32% interest on my credit card with them I have been complaining. I find out I am not alone in my problems with this institution. The greed is beyond comprehension.
There is a simple reason for the increase in bankruptcy filings it is banks like this who are the real scam artists with government approved white collar crime. They love stepping on the average person for sheer greed.I hope they lose more than records- consumers beware of their decptive practices. I hope they lose millions of dollars as people they crush do not pay them their debt

Bank of America has LOST my business!
by Reese K July 29, 2007 9:42 AM PDT
My husband and I have endured so much frustration at the hands of B of A lately, I just had to share my complaint!

We recently deposited $1500 cash into our checking account to cover some unexpected home-related expenses during the first week of July. The cash was deposited well within the timeframe and should have been available immediately. Nonetheless, the bank did not apply the money immediately per their policies, resulting in $175.00 worth of overdraft fees on our account! We called and complained about the bank's error and the fees were immediately reversed.

We had also put in a claim for another issue. We had returned an item to a store and the store credited our checking account; three months later, we still have not received our refund from B of A. I called about this issue and learned that the claim had been denied, despite all our paperwork and records supporting our return. This issue has been unresolved for over four months, and B of A has yet to finalize the return.

Just two days ago (July 27) the fees (that had been reversed due to their own incompetence in early July) were once again applied to our checking account!!! Here we are, almost three weeks after supposedly resolving this issue, with additional fees applied to our checking account WITH NO WARNING! I spent over an hour and forty-five minutes on the phone this weekend trying to resolve the situation and retrieve my $175.00 to NO AVAIL! After being transferred to Online Technical Support, Checking and Savings, Customer Services, the Claims Department, and finally Customer Solutions, the issue has yet to be resolved! After talking to over eight different banking representatives in over five branches of the bank, and spending nearly TWO HOURS on the phone, I was told to "call back during regular business hours on Monday!" So, they take $175 out of my account without first giving me the heads up for fees that should never have been charged to my account in the first place, and I'm supposed to wait three days before I can talk to someone who MAY be able to help me?!?! Give me a freaking break!!

This entire ordeal has inconvenienced my entire family this weekend. Bank of America lacks competent, trained associates. They charge families illegally, and refuse to stand by their own policies. This company will go to any length in order to make a free buck or two, all at the expense of its customers.

I unfortunately referred five people to set up personal accounts at B of A, and I have convinced all five to set up alternative accounts elsewhere, which they (and we) are in the process of doing. As a ten-year customer of B of A, I have decided to close ALL four of my accounts with them and I will never do business with B of A again!

I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF BANK OF AMERICA. nOT ONLY DID THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, THEY ALSO RESTRICTED MR FROM OPENING AN ACCOUNT ANYWHERE, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT THESE CHECKS WHICH WERE GIVEN TO ME FOR SERVICES RENDEREFD. DID I FORGET TO MENTION THE PERSON WHO CAUSED ALL THIS STOLE MY CHECKS, USED THEM AND BANK OF AMERICA ALLOWED ITS USE, EWHEN WE QUESTIONED, THEY REPLIED CAN'T DISCUSS A CLOSED ACCOUNT YET SHE KEPT USING MNY CHECKS (IDENTITY FRAUD ETC.) AND I'M THE ONE WHO WENT TO PRISON. PLEASE HELP ME....I AM SO HUMILIATED, NOT TO MENTION, PISSED OFF. BY THE WAY SINCE THE GIRL WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO CONTINUE THE B.S. (APPARENTLY SHE WASN'T AWARE OF MY DEMISE, OR VISIT TO A VERY UGLY PLACE), I WAS RELEASED AFTER 9 MONTHS OF INCARCERATION RATHER THAN THE 6 YEARS. BUT I NOW A FELON BECAUSE OF B OF A. (BUNCH OF ********)THERE IS SO MUCH MORE BUT I BECOME PHYSICALLY ILL JUST THINKING ABOUT IT....THANKX FOR LETTING ME KNOW I AM NOT ALONE.
