- It isn't clear to me from this report whether the RSA is claiming that consumers have reduced their online buying habits because of the attitudes mentioned, or whether the attitudes and the trend happen to coexist. The last comment seems to contradict the claim that consumers are buying less as they know more. Not much information is presented on the purported decline in online sales and it also isn't clear whether the attitudes described are new or whether surveys in the past would have shown similar numbers. More needs to be spelled out here...
