how is this different than using Google/Yahoo

How is the pirate Bay more acountable for having links to pirated music/movies when i can do the same search on google?
you can search for any torrent on google by adding "torrent" to the name of an album or movie
and it will give you search results that you can click on and download pirated software/music/movies

Because they do not like to fight on equal terms

I think the main difference is that google only register internet site and not the actual torrents, aka you cannot not click on the link and download the torrent unlike pirate bay site.

Whole and goolge got shred loads of cash to fight the MPAA all the way and keep fighting with top lawers and we all know the MPAA never actually takes on people who are able to fight on equal terms, because they know a top lawer would probably rip them to peices, so they just ignore google an yahoo, two of the most used torrent searching sites on the planet.
