Net Taxes -- Too Many Taxes

This taxation business is very real; so please, for the sake of creating a united front against taxation of the Internet, leave your party line barbs at home. Democrats, Republicans, Independents, EVERYONE, needs to make his voice heard. Using snippets against the party with which you do not identify debases the argument. I once belonged to a major party ? all my life ? until recently. Neither party represents my principles or ideals, and I have let them know, and I am encouraging everyone to stand back and take a good look at party affiliations. Stop voting party line, and begin voting your conscience.

There are those who will embrace the Internet taxes, but most (a humungous majority) will vehemently take a stand against this tax. How soon will it be before we have nothing left to tax?

Do they even understand how the internet works? Let's see how much money they stand to lose if they start to impose taxes. The minds behind these polices, do not seem to understand how the internet works. To even have someone suggest a tax on email, suggests a profound disconnect between very old school ways of thinking, and how this modern mechnisim works.

It's really sad that they are going to try to do this, not because they might succeed, but the innonvience it will cause for so many, but politicians that are outdated and clearly out of touch with this modern day technology. At this stage maybe we will start barter systems online. The internet is a very creative place and if we had the same restrictions that the offline world does, it would never have grown into the dynamic web 2.0 world that exists today.

These Taxing Monsters will be the end of us all !!

A Free country must have leaders willing to either pay ten times the citizens financial burdens themselves before passing any new expensive bills themselves, or work for absolutely no pay whatsoever for the entirety of the country's future and past. No pay from there position held at all. No pay is a way of reducing waste and unnecessary expense on the people's money, period. How would such leaders survive, you ask? Simple work either a second or third job like the rest of us or own your own business on the side while holding office that conducts no business associated with that position.

If our leaders want a leaner and greener country, lets all start with there homes and families first !!! If you can't lead by example, then don't lead at all !! Get out of the office and position fast !!

You notice 'we the people' still don't get our vote on every bill on every level of government yet? We have this internet tool to do such a thing, and they still don't use... The bills and laws that are presented on the floor still aren't even posted and every citizen still doesn't get a copy?? Where's the 'we the people' at??? Justice for all ?? that's a laugh and half...

Starting to see why the Republicans were trying to get the flat tax way back when pushed thru now?? Would had to remove all other taxes and lock up the changes without a huge or bigger majority vote to change it though... And then either shrink the IRS or remove it completely !! Fantastic Idea - 2 Billion plus lost thru them every year is terrible..
Remember, our enemies won't care about money when they attack, but our own so-called people are doing more damage than those enemies right now...
Need proof? Just look at how many companies have left in ten years time.. Did you know we don't even manufacture our own military arsenal anymore? Can't even repair it ourselves either.. So what are you going to defend yourself with when the time comes? BS maybe ?? good luck..

Going the wrong way - they don't even see the sign at the end of the lane - Dead End - turn back now !
