that these guys are supposed to be up-to-the-minute on
tracking wrongdoers (we hope), and with the money they get
from the govt. (us), you'd think they'd have access to the best
(most expensive) computers and/or the best (most highly paid)
programmers, instead of being DECADES behind in their
technology. Yikes...
Next we'll be hearing that they use messenger boys on bicycles
to deliver classified information to different departments...
