Cuba is increasingly become a popular tourist destination for non-US citizens, and has been known for its high quality medical care.

I used to be in the coast guard and have picked up thousands of cubans in the straights of florida. By and large all the people shared the same traits: well-educated, well-dressed, healthy, and whiney(they wanted the US to invade Cuba but not risk themselves for freedom). Of course, education and health is not enough, and doesn't excuse Castro.
