Terrorist win: America Lose
by David in Denver September 29, 2006 1:42 PM PDT
Even the slight consideration of National ID's by our fearful leaders have managed to allow the "terrorist" to win. Maybe we should not have trained Osama BinLauden to be a terrorist. We would not be in the situation today.

Wasn't it Christians
by David in Denver September 29, 2006 1:53 PM PDT
To In God We Trust: I am not a believer in God or the Bible, however, wasn't it the right wing christians and bible thumpers that elected this idiot? I am a hard core liberal and haven't voted for a Republican, first, because I cannot afford to be a Republican, and I refuse to allow a candidates religion be the basis for my vote. My suggestion is the next time you attend your church, speak with many of the parishioners. Many of these good people voted for Bush because they were frightend by this administration. This is another ploy to get more "christians" out and vote. This is a very dangerous bill and if I was a Republican, I would be very upset at my party for lying to me.

Yeah...it was Christians and Non-Christians
by Fyrantx November 2, 2006 6:54 AM PST
Im a Christian and I never supported Bush or any of his cronies because I knew how evil, non-Christian, and fake he and his people are. Unfortunately, many of my Christian friends did not and will be kicking thmeselves for supporting him after I show them Russo's movie "Freedom to Facsism".
So, I will have to say that it was more of the "Weak Minded" Christians and Non-Christians that support this group's usher into power. He lost both elections but had people in place to flip the machine switches to reverse what the counts were. But it doesn't matter. The Elitist Dems and Reps are all the same people with the same goal: The interest of keeping the Federal Reserve and IRS to continue raping the wages of the American public, and the use of the military to further their conquest of the world.

They are the real terrorists and the real danger to people everywhere...as they are directly responsible for the situations with Iraq, Al Queda, and years and years of wars, destabilization, and the raping of small nation's resources.

Anyways...if youre not a believer of God or the Bible I'd suggest you change that real quick. The mark of the beast is on its way whether you like it or not...and if that simple act doesn't prove the Bible is true, then I pity your soul.
Because this is going to be downplayed as much as possible and people are going to be desensitized to it...just like many of us are now to accepting this evil regime and its lawless acts.

All that matters to most Americans is having their jobs, their entertainment, and their stuff. All things you will have to give up in order to follow God instead of the Beast. Full blown Tyranny and Facsism will begin when the police have authority to do what their superiors want without penalization or any issue of legality. This ID is just one of the steps to that. Be prepared to see Nazi America.
The End
by jat1985 January 1, 2007 2:05 PM PST
Yes it's scary and exciting at the sametime, I am kind of nervous to know that the day that I get to see our king and go home with him is coming so soon, it's going to be a day, well if I read it right it's going to be a year or so, something like that. Some people already say that they are not going to get it, I know I will if I'm right that, that is what I need to do to go with my king.

The End
by intpartone October 18, 2007 10:46 PM PDT
Your one of those who are missing this you know. This is suppose to happen to usher in the coming of the "anti-one" your looking for. The "church" is missing this. Check your "instruction book", read 2Thes. 2, and pay special attention to verse 6. Then read Dan 12 the entire chapter. Who is the "one on the other side of the river"? He is in the verse above as well. "He" is the one who will see the vision of just how "The End" will come. Watch for the "trumpet master", his horn will blow soon.
Lets get down to the end results
by BonsaiAce January 9, 2007 7:43 AM PST
We knew it was coming, but this is just the first step towards their ultimate goal. In order to protect our citizens and children from such things as "missing", "lost", "kidnapped", and "terrorists", all for our own good you understand, why not just move on to the ultimate objective. After all, we are being scared to death by the "news" every day and are willing to swallow just about anything to eliminate the "fear" that is constantly being instilled in each and every one of us. At birth, each human is injected with a microchip, similar to what pet owners can do to get lost pets returned. A simple scan of the animal with a handheld scanner, will read the chip and deliver whatever info it contains, in the case of pets an ID#, name and address and phone # of the owner. However, the human chip can and will do much more. It will contain ALL known information about you, and be programmable so it is constantly updated with new information about you including your DNA and biometric info, and be able to be tracked by satellite gps systems so your whereabouts will always be known, so that if you drive 75 mph in a zone marked 65 you will either receive your ticket by mail, or receive an "electonic zap" to slow you down. It will also be able to analyze your blood chemistry and send it via satellite to a central gathering agency, so that if your blood alcohol level rises too high, or an illegal substance is detected in your system, you can immediately be picked up by local law enforcement officers... remember they always know where you are. The total ramifications of this kind of invasion of privacy is downright scary. I don't know about you, but I am sick and tired of being "protected" from myself, the result being that our freedoms and liberties are being gradualized away from us on a daily basis and most of us are "asleep" to the realities and probabilities. One day when, and if, we wake up we are going to ask ourselves.."How in the hell did we end up here, and who is responsible for this mess we find ourselves in????" "Gradualization"... that is how,"fear", that is why.. and we have noone to blame but ourselves for letting this stuff continue to happen.

You can stop people from reading the data in your RFID'd cards
by smarttools February 24, 2007 4:55 PM PST
Even if RFID is ultimately put into Driver's Licenses (and ID cards, credit cards, etc), you can protect your privacy.

Smart Tools' RFID Shield is a sleeve that lets the cardholder turn RFID on and off at will. Put the driver's license in the sleeve and RFID is turned off. Take the license out, and RFID is active again. This prevents unwanted reading of data stored on RFID cards.

More info is at: http://smarttools.home.att.net/rfshield.htm

When Smart Tools' RFID Shield is active, all RFID communication is turned off, so your data is safe. The protected card, though, stays readable and inspectable to the human eye.

by asus2175 September 2, 2007 9:36 AM PDT
True, you can turn off your Real ID card.
You can even destroy it if need be.
However, you will not exist in society.
You will not be able to participate as a citizen.

1.No drivers license(you cannot drive)

2.You cannot enter a federal building or
eventually any building.(No appeal to courts
bacause you cannot enter a courthouse.)

3.Since over time everything you do will
depend on the ID,you will not be able to buy
food,clothing,gas,medical care,etc.

4.All because for any reason they choose
(They can turn it off).

5.They may be able to track your every move
even though you have done nothing wrong.

6.If you protest it, They will not activate you
and you will not exist.

NOTE:Ask yourselves, why do they need to ID all,
to stop terrorists and illegals but they
do not want to secure the borders.

Why Are they planning to build this NAFTA
super highway from the mexico/texas border
all the way to canada.A highway owned and
operated by foriegn interests China,Spain,
Mexico. We will be paying tolls on this road
and the procedes will go to foriegners not
the USA.In a nut shell,the government will
steal land from millions of Americans and
sell it to foriegn countries, under the radar
so they can build it.Then they will open
the borders.

Don,t get mad.
Don't ask questions.
Pretend it will go away.
Don't tell others.
They will think you're crazy.
Shut the **** up!
Lay down your arms and surrender.
Surrender your freedom.
Surrrender your children.
SURRENDER AMERICA.
Whose to blame?
by ahsdrummer57 May 9, 2007 8:40 AM PDT
I personally think that there are many people to blame on this! but one major person would have to be that one with the name of George W. Bush! now i am not going to go on about how the president sucks and all that but i do ask...who is the one who lied to congress about wmd in iraq? who instead of going to Afghanistan to get Bin Laden decided to go to Iraq to get Saddam Hussein? yes...Saddam was probably harboring some terrorism but all we have done their is cause more terrorism for the poor people of that country and our soldiers! now as far as the national id act! People do say that it isnt completely national...but how is that so when i cant mail a letter because i cant enter a post office because my state knew its constitution and how its state rights were being violated! The Real I.D. act is just a huge step farther than the Patriot Act where our rights as citizens were already partly diminished...whats to happen next? Chips in our arms that record our every movement and sound so that "our national government" knows exactly what we're doing and so that we are all law abiding citizens? what the hell kind of a free country would that be? our freedom is in jeopardy thanks to good ole George!! I cant wait until 2009 when our next president takes place and i hope that it becomes a president who knows are freedoms and rights unlike this controlling wanna be dictator we have now! Please listen closely during our next election and make sure we do elect the right person for the job! thanks...have a good one!

Whose to Blame
by glsmith97 January 29, 2008 5:49 PM PST
I do agree with you that their are many people to blame for this, I myself did not vote for Bush. But this all started back in 1913, when we lost our freedom. There were 3 powerful men whom were bankers that are to blame more than anyone, they are J.P. Morgan, Paul Warburg, and John D. Rockefeller. They opposed upon the american people an illigal IRS tax and the federal reserve. If you study your history it was not only Bush that has ruined this country it has been about every president we have had since 1913, and it's only getting worse. The Democrates are just as bad as the republicans, neither of these groups are fighting for our constitutional rights or the people in our country. They are fighting for power and for themselves (it's called greed). I agree that George Bush has completely taken our rights away when he signed into law that goes into effect May of 2008 on the I D Chip card and soon it will be mandatory for the chip to go into our bodies as well. I myself will not have it inserted into my body, I guess I will no longer exist according to the Gov..
But in a way we are to blame as well, we the citizens of the United States are not taking a stand for our rights and our constitutional rights and we are letting these political morans do this to us. I have listen to all the people running for president this next term, republicans and the democrates and they are all very dangerous if not more so than what we have in there now, they are all for the one world gov. just as Bush is and clinton and the presidents before them. We are living in a dangerous world.
If you study your bible, this is all predicted in Rev. We are at the end of times.
Exactly..What Rights......
by bernadinegraham July 14, 2007 2:03 PM PDT
By the time the government gets done impliminting this Real ID Act, our rights will be dwindling down to close to none. Whatever happened to our right to privacy? That will be gone! They are going to leave it up to the state to handle the
responsibility of managing all that information?
What's going to happen then? Think about it!

by zeus42 August 29, 2007 8:21 PM PDT
The Real ID cards are really beging to sound alot like the papers you had to present in germany at the time of Hitlers reign. The same papers you had to present when asked for, the concquencies where you go to jail. And is it not true that the government officials at any time can arrest, detain, and sentence any persons they wish with out a reason.

No I will not be getting a Real ID card, nor will I support yet another power hungery leader

The future is now
by Keep us Free September 17, 2007 9:44 AM PDT
I think a must see documentary for anyone concerned about our freedoms being taken away is America - Freedom to Fascism. This film starts out with the producers quest to find out where it is in the law that we must pay income tax?(there is no law)?and from there it goes to chipping and the Real ID program that goes into effect May 2008. It is a chilling scenario of what many might think Orwellian? But the future is now.

Are we ready to give up all the freedom our fore fathers and our current military have fought for. Our government is taking away our freedom inch by inch due to increasing technology and making it sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Buyer beware you are selling off all your freedom, the reason so many countries are envious of us and want to be a part of. How many illegals do we have? I am really disgusted that we as americans don't stand up and have a voice because it never seems to bother anyone until it personally strikes home. Well my friends, your right to privacy as you now know it is going to be taken away if you don't use your voice. Think about it, if you don't comply with this Id card you may not be able to travel, buy groceries, work, have a bank account-Hello who is being protected here?

Hi there. I liked your post. So what do you think, lets start something. How about throwing the next "new tax" idea, say taxing the internet for example out, and when the "powers that be" try to push that one on us, let's just through away the "internet tea". That's a funny of course, but none the less as intense as this issue. I'd like to stay in touch. How do we do that? I just signed up here, so help me out. I don't know about posting an email here.
Let's do something...

Id chip
by tearose23 January 11, 2008 11:13 AM PST
Biblically speaking. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miltarily speaking it has already been done. Just another way of controling the American people or putting fear into some folks lives. Think about it. This kind of stuff is already being done. Nothing new. They know that alot of folks are not going to go for chips on any part of their body parts, so they came up with idea "Why not drivers licenses."! Sure enough the scare tatics has finally taken its toll. They tried all sorts of ways for government to control the people. Scanners and God only knows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just my opinion.
National ID

by fjerins December 13, 2007 12:44 PM PST
The next thing will be to tattoo numbers on our arms.
Just say NO. If you accept this, then you will not be able to get out of it. The other thing is put your card into the microwave for ten seconds and see what happens.
If you don't comply, then you will not be able to get on a plane, train, federal buildings and they can stop you from banking. Let's all march in lock step and raise your arm and salute King GWBush with a "Sig Hile".Good bye my beloved Amerika.

This National ID card, is just the first step to the start of the chip that will be place on you body, it will be force on us through the system that already exist. If you get food stamps, child support, any kind of government aid, they will make it manditory that you comply with the new policies to be able to get money or any aid from the government. I believe the time is near, and that many of us will see, this before the raputers takes place, all of this is been brought about from our leaders of this country and other world wide leaders, ( Illminati). forgive me of my spelling if i have misspelled anything, look at my message and not my spelling.

Very Scary
by akafish77 January 5, 2008 12:28 AM PST
The Scariest part for me is that they could also choose to turn the cars off. What if you did not like the policies that the government had in place and were raising too much concern about those policies. The government could just turn off the chip in your card. If the powers of this card are expanded in the guise of protecting us from terrorists, as I believe that they will,(It will at least be tried.)Then if you happen to dislike the government they could essentially end your life as you know it. They could remove your name from their records and no one would believe you. You couldn't get a job, couldn't travel the country, you couldn't vote, you couldn't live in any true capacity.
Soverignty?

The powers that be decided this along time ago. This is a bad idea. Say no! This is still America isn't it? Did we not escape to this continent for freedom? Now no matter where we go they will know. Can't buy food without it...Come on. You and I both know that as easy as it is for an illegal immigrant to get a fake i.d card and social security card how will this be any different. Say no! Arm parents with 45 caliber pistols and let justice be done in the streets if our courts cannot uphold basic constitional laws.

I think it is a fool who believes this is the US gov't solution to the immigration problem. If they were worried about it they would have not taken away funding for the double fence at the border. This is just a final phase of the global govt plan being put into place before the puppet leaves office. NOW any state that refuses the "REAL ID" has to ban it's residents from mass transit outside state lines?! I think Dubya needs to go back and READ THE CONSTITUTION before he signs away anymore of our rights than he already has! Thanks for the patriot act and thanks for the "HOMEGROWN TERRORISM ACT". Big Brother?
by frappguy January 28, 2008 5:13 PM PST
I can't believe all the crap people are saying about the national
id card. People sign up for things all the time and give tons of
information about themselves to anyone depending on what it is
they want from the group, ie credit card companies, insurance
companies, stockbrokers, banks, mortgage applications.

I think some people believe their lives are soooo important that
the federal government, which sometimes citizens think is run
by evil machines and not human beings who might just live next
door to them, is really interested in tracking where they've been
shopping all day or who it is they are spending their time with
when not at work. People who are on the verge of a crazy
meltdown need a bit of perspective. There are roughly 300
million people in the U.S. if the government even thought that 1
percent were interesting enough to track, that's around 3 million
people at any given time! Who has time for that? Get realy you're
really not that interesting unless you're planning on blowing up
a building and fit some complex patterns like, oh I don't know,
shopping for bomb material, visiting the middle east and
perhaps federal buildings, buying blueprints of such buildings
and sending letters of hate..... Get the point? I think anyone who
fits patterns like that should be looked at, why the hell would
you do something that would put you into the same group
pattern as those who wish to do harm to others?

It's just like the video camera issue that people love to be
against. If we had video capablities such as that of England or
pretty much any other similarly advanced country I can almost
assure you that alot of crime wouldn't happen as prevelently as
it is able to propagate today. And again you're really not that
interesting to follow around town watching on video. Another
thought is, why not just Tivo the majority of cameras and
monitor the high priority areas to actively watch for crime or a
potential threat that should be intercepted before something
happens, like to perhaps dispatch an officer to meet a threat and
gather intention information and send them on their way
depending on the threat level.

People here need thicker skin an perhaps an ego check. I don't
think that anyone is really that interesting unless they pose a
threat to us.
I am an officer who investigates traffic crashes and I can tell you
that if roadways were recorded and video held for say 24-48
hours it would help tremendously with reconstructing crashes
that all parties involved say wasn't their fault.

I also believe an honest, law-abiding citizen has nothing to
loose. Criminals who prey on anonimity, have everything to
loose as even if they aren't being actively monitored, It could be
dialed up on a recorder and it would help undescribably.

Having such capabilities such as the real id, or video monitoring
would be like adding tons of law enforcement to have extra sets
of eyes watching our neighborhoods and vital areas without the
annual salary, days off, training and equipment.

As far as a "mark of the devil" regarding the real id, I'm not
religious however in the part of my life that deals with furthering
my education I've noticed that religions come and go; as do the
beliefs they represent. When religious leaders have to add
holidays such as christmas and the other holidays from other
now forgotten about religions so that the members of these
groups will join the bandwagon I have a hard time
understanding how a national id, which I've read alot of
European countries have already adopted, could be a mark of
the devil. Why aren't these "older" countries in Europe and even
the Asian countries making such a religious stink as Americans.
Wouldn't you say they are more historically involved in religion
as unless you practice some Native American religion, you most
likely practice a religion based on a religion from these areas.

Give law enforcement all the tools possible to do their jobs. It
only benefits the citizens who are doing what they are supposed
to do. Remember it's called law enforcement, not law creation. If
you don't like a particular law that's being enforced vote to
change it. Don't risk your security and that of your neighbor
because you think that who you are and what you do is of that
much importance or that interesting that you're gonna be
tracked and some other person in the government is going to
convince other "real people" in the government to come and find
you in the night and take you away. Let's not get crazy.

First off dude it is not the government that people are worried about it is hackers Did you know that the Amount of convicted and found hackers has dropped to 20% Not many anymore right? WRONG the amount of Identity theft from hackers has raised OVER 60% Just in 2008Hackers are everywhere they communicate and Are like shadow people. You can't find them. So really I am not afraid of the Government I am more worried about the hackers that know more then the Gov. Does about me and my loved ones. Those very hackers are also the people that kill for enjoyment that stalk you to feel powerful that raise hell in your life for as long as you live. They are an army in themselves an army that not even the government can stop or protect us from
Airlines may be the next to complain
by doofkcans February 7, 2008 3:05 PM PST
I would think that the Airlines might be able to bring monetary damages due to lessening passenger ticket sales: This really sounds like a no-win for everyone - since when the Congress finally has to repeal this law, they will have lost much respect regarding any security measures, such as what might really need to be in place for a Bird-Flu epidemic...
