Stick to Rhapsody

REAL needs to focus more on their subscription-based streaming music program rhapsody. Rhapsody gets way more buisness than their downloads and its way more streamlined and easier to use. Plus, theirs less competition.

lets be realistic about this situation.

It does not matter, to me, or to most people really, what political stance you have, how you approach this situation or what side you want to choose in a debate over discussions akin to this subject. because honestly, if you have an opinion it will likely be faulted.

But when we take into perspective what the situation is before our eyes we see that the tradition of corporate control is still virile. iPOD, an amazing step forward, Apple, bringing more than iPODs to the people, at a cost, these are headways. But the idea, the mere notion, that iPOD or APPLE or MACINTOSH can keep the use of their apparatus, based on the transitory and somewhat inferior laws around databased technology is both Constitutionally and legally false.

Whether the current laws seem to permit this for apple and their goals for the future does not matter, intrinsically, and innately, it is not fair or legal to hold compatability back from our own possessions, in order to further utilize an iPOD to download music from REALPLAYER and iPOD or even Kazaa.

It isnt simply morale, and for those who feel that it is immorale for apple to be badly treated, I am sorry, your uninformed, look further please, there is a lot more to this, apple does what microsoft does, WMP for instance just not reading iTUNES format and vice versa. this is a silly symbol im offering, dont get all sympathetic to the software giants, be sympathetic to your loss of rights.

this is the basics i have to say.

sincerely
