Just use an encrypted client

Many P2P programs now encrypt their traffic making such monitoring nearly impossible.
One could even get around this by using password protected zip files.

When will the industry wake up and learn that any and all efforts to stop P2P file-sharing/downloading are all tempral and that ANY program to create an obstacle for these will be decoded in short time.

These constant "magic bullets" being developed are simply laughable. THER IS NO "MAGIC BULLET" and any labels that pay for use of such technology will be wasting money.

It's high time to realize that file-sharing/downloading is NEVER going to go away. The music industry needs to swallow that pill and plot its future with a new business model.
