These creatures tend to have a low sense of nature and low on the senses in genral and how it all really works. They think Tamatoes come from the ground somtimes and wouldent tend to know really anything about the natural environment.
the Modern day incarnation of these creatures work by buttons using what are called digital systems(some at the top getting the appluse button pressed on them and the worker groups getting the confuse and impel system". I suppose they think themselves clever imposing some of the the lowest forms of maths in the galaxy unto the rest of nature on their planet and they always wonder why noone elsewhere as of yet even wants to know them especially in the nice niche spot they believe their in.

If you spot these pests
Simply make all their poor unwealthy minded activities become progressivly fruitless as they might then not develop into to industrialised a lot that way.

Industrialism the scurge of future potiental creative use of the industrial development layer.
