Lets get ready for the class action lawsuit. Each plaintiff will receive a 5 dollar credit towards future purchases of widgets at amazon or walmart and the lawyers will get 10 million for their 'good deed' of standing up for consumers.

What would you sue them for, mistakenly believing they wouldn't fulfill a contract, which they will in the end? That people are worked up about whether they get a book a day later shows you instant gratification at its worst.

If you want the newest HP that bad, just go to your local book store and buy one. That's it, simple and fast. I have no idea why those customers "get mad" since they all know they won't get their books right away anyway :)

Yea, I tried reading a Harry Potter book....They're a great sleep aid I'll tell ya' that! Those people need to get a life and stop wasting their money on that crap. And I hope that woman that stated she's going to buy one at midnight just incase it doesn't arrive, ends up with both books to show her how idiotic she is.
