If I purchase Voom Equipment and They Pull the Plug???
by jgreen45 March 8, 2005 5:49 AM PST
How could anyone think about purchasing Voom when you do not know if they will be in business in two months. They are going to die because of their posting that said they will pull the plug at the end of March and now they say... they are in business again.

Hard to figure this company out.

if you already own voom - and it's also good news for Echostar customers who had no real HD option until this purchase (Voom purchased by echostar)

People do strange things when it comes to HDTV. Personally I'm
waiting 7 to 12 years to buy one. Prices are way too high.
Voom HD is a must

Do you remember when you first got broadband after telephone modems, Push buttons after the dial, search engines that replaced trips to the library, sliced bread - you get the picture (forgive the pun!) There's no going back. I love my VOOM. I stare at the picture quality with amazement and will be very unhappy if it doesn't pull through. You would never go back to a dial up modem and I could never go back to regular TV having seen HD
