Fascinating to see that NBC is happy to make money from gay-related programming and associated merchandise, but refuses to air an ad for the United Church of Christ promoting the idea that everyone is equal and thus should not be turned away or discriminated against based on their sexuality (http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/americas/12/01/us.church.adban/).

To call this practice unsavory is an understatement. If I don't have TiVo I must now watch the commercials as well as tolerate the ads embedded within the entertainment program itself!
