2007. After my second hard drive reformat, 30 hours of work
including dealing with India's tech support, I felt like I was going
to have a stroke, so I went out and bought a MacBook. Also,
MusicMatch does not support Windows Vista, now they are also
dropping the Mac. MusicMatch is owned by Yahoo. Yahoo's
customer service is virtually non-existent. I understand that
Microsoft is trying to buy Yahoo again, and Microsoft's customer
service is practically non-existent. It took me a long time to get
away from Microsoft and the likes of Yahoo. I loved MusicMatch,
but I cannot use it now, go figure. I will do everything in my
power to stay away from predatory companies like Yahoo and
Microsoft because they have no customer service. I used
MusicMatch everyday for several years, now, the big Corps are
trying to frustrate me again, but whereever possible, I will avoid
their services out of princple. I get great tech support from PC-
Cillin, (Trend Micro), from Brother Printers, so why cannot the
most dominant companies do the same? I am very dissapointed
about not having MusicMatch, and angry that the big corps talk
a good game, but do not perform when it comes to customer
service. Life is too short to deal with people and companies that
talk about how great their products are, brag about how they
value customers, and behave totally inconsistent to such claims.

I am considering to buy a Mac but wont if I can't use musicmatch. I have used musicmatch from the beginning and have no intention of changing it, I don't want vista either. No musicmatch no change.
