Think so huh! I beg to differ!

Just banned it from my office after we today had to dismiss THREE
well-trained employees simultaneously who were hiding their web
browsers fixed on myspace during work. Spent HALF their working
day on myspace while we paid them! One'd been having at least
one net affair behind her husband's back. Been hiding it for WEEKS
sloughing off their work on fellow employees and costing our
business lots of money. They were nothing if not completely
absorbed. Myspace is public enemy number one for business! I
hate it!

myspace never works

how could a site that never works been worth 15 billion? The chat service takes 2 minutes to load for each sender, I get errors for simple requests like emailing, updating personal info and logging in. Sure it's the social network with zillions of hot women but you better off in the check out line.

Another Dot Com Frenzy

$15 billiion! This is "greater fool" theory at its finest. Because it was free, users were willing to accept that the Myspace barely worked. Myspace's forums are not searchable and customer support is nonexistant. This summer they had security issues. Now it is a free site that isn't working at all. See for yourself. Use the advanced feature and uncheck "show name and photo only." Search for a profile submitted by a man ANYWHERE in the US by "new'" "recently updated,"or "last login." They are all over a month old. Yet ladies' profile appear daily. The forums are full of angry males who cannot find their own profile. This looks to me like either myspace is having serious problems or it is the precursor of an attempt to become a pay-dating service. In either case, it cannot be good for business. I'd like to remind Rupert of how many of those, the 'free' Myspace buried. And they actually worked! Or try searching for a keyword. The page looks reminiscent of an old Yahoo search before Google removed all the clutter. Now corporations and bands are posing as individuals to lure members to their page only to discover the truth. As for the value added from black carpet videos and mp3's, no thanks, I've plenty other options for that. Once again, the suits just don't "get it." They've abandoned support for what built Myspace in favor or trying to turn it into what they envision an internet cash cow should look like. While they're at it, I've got some Pets.com IPO I'd love to sell them.

Your subject seems correct to me. I thought they were idiots during the first frenzy and they're doing the same thing now.

A couple people will get loaded off of it, but more people will get taken by listening to garbage like this. It's a shame that people just never learn.

Lets not forget that MySpace is owned by Rupert Murdach who owns that most vile of news organizations called Fox. An organization which is about anything but news, it is about controlling people's mind and thoughts to allow US
and Israeli invasion and massacre of one country after another.
I mean about 100s of Thousands of people have been killed in Iraq, Gaza & Lebanon over the last 15 years, while Fox reports these killings as just and encourages for More & More......!
