It is quite depressing that 12 seemingly decent people can conspire to commit premeditated murder.

You can dress up the death penalty anyway you like but it is still premeditated murder, making those that recommend it, pass judgement and execute the 'punishment' no better then the murderer that they want dead.

I am very impressed by the way you stated your dislike to what amounts to pre-meditated murder. Life in prison without the possibility of perrow (spelling ?!?) is the civilized thing to do and I am happy of my country's views on this matter.

i can't get over how people think they know what happened when they weren't there! to the guy who said he deserves to die for what he did, were you there? are you psychic? maybe you should keep your 2 cents to yourself. i followed the case and i never heard of any PHYSICAL evidence, i recenntly read a book by matt dalton, were and why weren't any of those leads followed, i think he got the bad end of the stick with his defense!
