- unless you've left something critical out of this story the judges ruling is stupid (for lack of a stronger word). No reaonable person could possibly find the term "half price" as anything but a common term. Maybe the real question given today;s business ethics is does either comapany actually sell their books at half price or is this just another case of "free"
