- The solution to this problem is simple -- don't use Internet Explorer. Use Mozilla Firefox or Opera. They have popup blockers built in to the browser, so they have finer control (no mouseover popups, for instance). Microsoft has ignored their browsers for the past few years and will continue to do so.

- IE DOES have a build in popup blocker. IE SP2 which is what I use. it blocks every popup. It will come out when windows xp sp2
