Look to the Russians
by badzed311 May 20, 2004 6:17 PM PDT: a russian e-mail provider has been providing UNLIMITED email storage time for quite some time now. A user would start off with 25 megs and every time he had less than 10 left he could go to the options and geat 25 more.
