imagine having your very young daughter sexually assaulted by a family memeber... imagine having this offender plea bargain from 4 counts of agg. sexual assault, 4 counts of sexual assault, and 4 other lesser charges, to 1 count of sexual assault... imagine this offender who totally and forever changed not only your childs life but the whole entire families lives... he is sentenced to time serve(39) days and 364 days in jail (this sentence was combined with an unrelated burglary charge) and a sentence to register under Megans Law... i felt this was the only true justice from the whole ordeal. Now imagine the offender being able to remove himself from the Megans law web site somehow!!!!!!!!!! i was never notified of this change of status. No one will even discuss this with me. I'm told it's all confidential!!!!!!! Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Now criminals can override a sentence handed down from a Judge!!! I need help!!! I was almost over this while ordeal (as much as possible) until this offender started calling my home and harassed my family!!! EVEN THEN none of the authorities would help me very easily. where is the justice in the judicial system? i will find out, i've made it my mission!!!
