You can't beat them with Technology

The secret service figured out a long time ago that you don't stop forgery by making bills hard to copy. You stop it by catching the people doing it and sticking them in prison. The same is true with internet theft. We need to put the culprits in jail, not add more bits to our encryption algorithm.

The re-design of US currency was precisely made to
hinder counterfeiting efforts. It worked pretty well.
If you make it too easy you will have more problems.
The current encryption techniques are unbreakable.
The problem is people falling prey to scams. Common
sense will prevent these things from happening.
Don't give out any personal information through
email. Simple.
