The type of feedback I recommend you use if complaining about the service is: "Something else"
Another drop down will appear, select "This is something that's broken"
(NOTE: If link fails, go to the MSN Messenger interface, go to Menu > Help > Send Feedback)
I noticed not just on this website, but on other forums, people don't know where to send feed back, so I hope this helps those people.

Hello Dwight,
Thank you for your patience and understanding on the ongoing issue pertaining the Pocket MSN. My name is Parag. I have received an update from my escalations team which I need to share with you.
As part of our constant efforts to upgrade the technology that our products and services use, the old version of the communication protocol used by Pocket MSN has been de-commissioned by Microsoft. Pocket MSN which was, as is, a legacy product was using this same protocol.
As you are aware Pocket MSN has long been replaced by the latest client namely Windows Live which was released on the Windows Mobile 6.0 operating system platform. It uses the new protocol standard adopted by Microsoft. However Windows Live is only compatible with the Windows 6.0 and later operating systems.
Hence in order to resolve this problem we would suggest you to upgrade your device OS from Windows Mobile 5.0 to Windows Mobile 6.0 or later. You would have to check the upgrade availability with your service provider / OEM.
Once the device OS has been upgraded you can then download the latest Windows Live for Windows Mobile client from the URL http://wl.windowsmobile.com. This URL can be directly accessed from your device browser.
We hope that this information helps you and look forward to providing you with consistent, timely, and effective service. If you have any other Windows Live Mobile questions, please contact us via our support links page at http://support.live.com
Sincerely,
Parag Murudkar
