nande: Thank you from Vietnam! I just moved my 360-blog to My Opera Community! This address is easier than yours, though: http://my.opera.com/community/import/

Hi,

Does any one know if the new profile.yahoo.com Blog supports ATOM Publishing Protocol? If so, what is the Service Document URL for publishing to the blogs?

Thanks

I moved my 360 blog to my profile. Wasn't much on it. Did not take too long.

I don't know the RSS/ATOM feeds for my blogs. For people who want ATOM and RSS feeds for their blog try Google's Blogspot at http://www.blogspot.com

The problem with Yahoo is they offer to many services many without indication if the user even wants it.

Such a lame for Yahoo!, I just deleted my entire Yahoo 360 account plus my mail and other Yahoo accounts before letting them wipe out my blogs and information.
I moved to Facebook for social networking, Gmail for mail and instant messaging & Google's Picasa for picture sharing....
But what if even these great websites shut down suddenly one day? Who is responsible for our years of online life?

What do you expect with free web based services? These websites tend to give people warnings so they can download the things they want to keep or move it to another service. For example, when yahoo! photos shut down, they allowed users to transfer their photos to flickster.

The only thing Yahoo hasn't shut down is yahoo...so this is hardly a surprise...The fall of yahoo started with them closing down yahoo photos & giving away millions of subscribers & pictures for the love of flickr... In the last couple of months their search engine looks & acts like Ask.com which means I don't even use it very often anymore...They use to be like a home where you could store your briefcase, photos, mail etc & get comfortable...now they are like a house without any rooms and the value will never be the same..They have plenty of great developers and apparently no visionary leaders...What's Next Yahoo...

This is sad news. I'm not big fan of Yahoo 360 but I will miss it. Noah Lieske

For bloggers from Vietnam: You can easily move all your entries from Yahoo 360 to Wordpress - the blogging service that seems more professional and useful in meanings. Reach the instruction from the link below:

Hope that it helps.
