Attorney General Henry McMaster strikes me as bullying fool with a law degree.

Frankly, I find his crusade against CraigsList prostitution advertising to be shameless self-promotion, and a violation of church and state separation (imposition of his religious morality on everyone who desires to use CL for sexual services).

I can give it away for free, I can give it away for barter, but I can't sell it in exchange for any form of currency. Banning prostitution (and advertising for it) doesn't pass the common sense test, certainly isn't evidence-based law, definately against the fundamentals of most religions where temple prostitution (or its equivalent) had an honored place in society, is a waste of taxpayer's dollars, and is totally ineffective.
