You said, "Instead of suing individual users, the industry association plans to work with Internet service providers. Under this new arrangement, users that the RIAA suspects of illegally sharing music will be asked to stop their activity. If the activity persists after three warnings, ISPs will then cut off broadband service." This is untrue. The RIAA told the press that they aren't pursuing individual cases, but as usual, the press never checked this out. The RIAA are still filing cases against individual users, according to Ray Beckerman, one of the attorneys involved in RIAA litigation.
