I would like to launch a Take Care Of The Soldier who takes care of us account (PAY BACK). The big talk now is bailing out millionaires who made bad decisions. I would like to see our soldiers, young men and women, who are giving up their lifestyles and savings accounts to make sure ours are intact.

If every American picked up that meaningless penny lying on the ground, in a draw, in the bottom of a purse, on the floor of a car, etc. I believe we could start a considerable fund to help the families of Reservists who have been sent overseas, the enlisted who are coming home and cannot find a job, and so on.

This would not be a charitable undertaking; it would be PAY BACK. Google could start this fund!

The administrative function of the Pay Back Plan would be up for discussion.

I believe if we stop the change the clock an hour, idea , we do every year. we will use less electricity. less heat, less accidents and crimes... which most happen in the dark.

Require every company in America or even worldwide to go to a 4-day work week. This would remove millions of cars from our roadways every day, save billions of dollars in energy and give a boost to the mental health of all employees involved. Retailers and other 7-day-a-week business would work out flex schedules so that they are covered, but each employee comes to work only four days per week.

So simple, it's almost too obvious.

Project 10^100 is a great contest.

I have submitted my idea. My idea deals with creating a more incentive-driven health system. Think about it: wouldn't you like to get paid for being healthy or be able to "trade" your health to other less healthy family members or friends. I think we can help people by paying every year a certain amount of money to a foundation for poor people, people that lost everything by a tornado or something, people with aids, malaria etc.
It would also be great if we all give blood for people in poor countrys.
