Its no secret adwords has been hurting in terms of profit margin in recent months. This is just marketing for adwords. They tweak things to rate search relevance all the time. I didn't see any significant technical announcement or did I miss something?

Thank goodness I use "customize google" (an add-on for Mozilla Firefox). Because of this, I haven't seen an ad on a Google page in a long time.
