I guess we all need another major force on the net to balance the dominance of Google, even the mighty ANA.

This Yahoo deal isn't the only time Google has pulled some strings. In the TV advertising arena, Google made a quiet deal with Dish Network in addition to their announced partnership, which excludes ad agencies from certain types of air time purchases. It effectively kills off competition in the satellite TV advertising sector. I wonder what other deals Google has quietly made to eliminate competition. I bet the secret Dish Network deal parameters are being applied elsewhere.

It is illogical idea to halt Yahoo Google deal.
The deal is more better than colloboration in news agency.
