Thank god for telecommuting
by Chevaliermusic October 3, 2007 7:49 AM PDT
I've been doing it (once a week) for a few years now - and my productivity is up. On the days I work from home, I get right to work instead of sitting in my car for 2 hours. Just remember to creat a good comfortable space to work - not just a spot on your couch in front of the HDTV. lol

Needed especially now
by Steve Jordan October 3, 2007 8:42 AM PDT
Especially in this age, when we are wasting so much of our energy and resources driving to and from work, telecommuting should be actively pushed by all organizations, right up to the Federal government, in all conceivable areas. I'm still waiting to hear about clear Federal guidelines for telework, and a push to implement them nationwide.

Physical File Cabinets
by rstevens99 October 3, 2007 9:06 AM PDT
Our company's purpose is to allow our customers to convert their important paper documents to fully searchable electronic documents.

We then host these documents on our servers in their private database. These documents can be accessed via any internet connection by the company's authorized employees.

Now telecommuting employees are not tied to the office by physical file cabinets.
