I'm tired of lifting stuff from other peoples job.

If you can't do your job then don't work there.

If a woman with same educational background and has the same title/job description as me then she can lift up her own computers and such.

Why should I do twice as much work for same rate of pay?

Wonder if the women are 'leaving' IT and not being sacked instead !.

I was sacked in 2002 and that goodness I did get sack cos my 14 years IT experience meant nothing to the companies that I worked for. Still, I earn 60K+ now as a self employed person, so can't grumble.
