If IBM can help define a private sector solution to providing part time work with health benefits (but with lower pay) to my generation, more power to them!

- For the retiring baby boom generation in the tech fields, I think the new opportunity will be to give them the customer support jobs we off shored! Baby boomers will still need to work at least part time and ideally from home and will accept lower pay as long as there are reasonable benefits as well. Since the US political leadership will never address the Health Care issues around the massive burden the "retirement" of the babyboom generation will have on our health care system.
