well so do firefighters to do their job. firefighers don't play around and work out every minute to get that body. just because the type of job is something you have to sit around your chairs all day do not give you an excuse not to exercise to have a good body. i have seen tons of guys including me! :) who gets up 5 in the morning, work out for two hours and head to work, spend lots of hours to finish their projects and still have awesome body and stay sexy.
