It is also important to note that Microsoft has built their empire off business practices that both the US and the EU have deemed illegal. Aside from disolving the company and making them start from scratch, imposing strict regulations on just how proprietary they can get is the only fair solution.

Only about what Microsoft is willing to divulge... even though the EC might have much more on their agenda!!!
But hey... believing the underdog Microsoft is the way to keep CNet in business now isn't it!!!
