Reason of enormous No of user have no other options, Only In Europe and US middle class living persons, allow to pay over 300 USD. For Vista OPS. Even Students, Workers etc. are not real ready to pay such price MS ask for.
Sure African, poor Fareast Asian has to Seal, Argument of most People that Realty is Microsoft the big thieve, making huge amount of profit on the expanses of the poor?

Sorry forget to say, that maybe Microsoft has to do Extra Cheep price for such People. That they can afford to pay.
Maybe that will stop much of the Black Market piracy.
