Office 2007
by rmiecznik May 22, 2006 8:20 AM PDT
Boy, I seen the OFfice 2007 Beta, and let's just say that what MS did was take a snow ball, put all of our Menus that people are used to, shook it really well and wala, new Office 2007. I liked the look of Outlook, but that was about it.

All the menus that people are used to are gone. I hate it!!!!! why ohhh why ? did you do that ? is there going to be a classic look ?

Microsoft has done this before...

They did it when they moved from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95. The Start menu took me forever to get used to. They have done other things that have required a new way of thinking and going at things.

Who knows maybe the new Office really is a better more effective way to go. Only time will tell.

Golly, a new office suite. I can't wait to see how well it supports OpenDocument format.
