So, more checks if you don't happen to be one of the priveledged, whos language packs ship with the OS.

I wonder if Microsoft will face contention from this in the European Courts for being discriminative, and favouring English speaking countries!

Maybe we should start requiring M$ to authenticate their software and demonstrate that it actually works reliably and stabily efore we agree to buy the junk.
