How convenient. Intel has a lot to lose in this matter more so now than ever since Dell has gone on record as receiving almost 1 Billion dollars a year in "off the SEC report" funds which Dell and Intel are being investigated for.
The agreement between these two called for the funds not to be reported in either of the two company's quarterly SEC reports which is Highly illegal and bordering on Racketeering.
Also if I were a Dell Shareholder I'd be suing the pants off of Dell for not showing that as income thereby reducing the didvidend.

INTEL...You got a lot of 'splainin' to do.

Maybe a few years in a minimum security prison, you know the ones with the tennis courts will do some Intel Execs some good as they have been working very hard lately. SHRED SHRED......
