It's "into" your co-workers' heads, not "in". Where is the editor?

you're right, the way the current headline reads it could mean Gates wants to leave you in their heads, as if you were already there.

The "technology tries to ease that task by looking through workers'
e-mail and other data"?

Given Microsoft's record on security, I won't be surprised if this
"feature" becomes a spyware development kit.

Whose email?

Any emails you create or receive at work belong to your company -- to do with as they please. Where does the spyware come in?

Just want we need to have another means to be watched.

I like the idea of getting in a co-workers head but only with permission.

On the serious side. My biggest concern is something that Microsoft always lacks, security. Some co-workers should be able to see more than others based on what they do. But how to stop what those that don't need to see this level of detail. Do even understand what they are reading. This is where this will get into problems. As and IT professional I have to be concerned about the data and the security that Microsoft seems to forget time and time again.
