What?

MS did not slip the completion of Office. They will be delivering the final product to enterprise customers in October, which has been the data for a long time.

They simply delayed the retail release. It'll be finished long before you see it on the shelf, and your buddies that work at big corps will be using it, if their IT department chooses to deploy it.
